Silver Creek High PTSA

PTSA Welcomes You

Dear Silver Creek Families,

As the new PTSA President, I would like to welcome all new and returning families to the start of the school year. Here I have highlighted some important information about our school:

  • Silver Creek High School was founded in 1969
  • One of only eight high schools in the nation to produce two Olympic Champions
  • The AP Program at Silver Creek is the largest in the district, offering over 20 AP Classes
  • Won several CCS, League, and State titles in Track and Field and Cross Country
  • One of the few schools that offer a Japanese language program
  • Outstanding faculty and administration

Our Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) has been an important part of the Silver Creek High School community through the years. PTSA supports a variety of programs at school and fosters partnerships between parents, educators and students.  Below I have included more details about our support and contribution to the students and the school.

  • PTSA provides funding towards technology purchases for classrooms, teacher grants,  college scholarship for seniors, college and career support programs, club support, teacher support, campus beautification, staff appreciation lunches, and Performing Arts program
  • PTSA hosts fundraising events such as Dandiya Night & Bingo Night where communities come together and help raise money for the Raider Fund.

Your PTSA contributions are extremely valuable given all the continued cuts in district funding. Please join the PTSA so that you can help make a difference.

I look forward to seeing you at PTSA and school events this year!
