General Association Meetings

General Association Meetings are for all members and held a minimum of 3 times per year. More meetings may be added if needed.

  • September 13th (Budget, Calendar & Audit Report) 
  • January 24th (Nominations Committee) 
  • April 25th (Vote on 2017-18 Board, Audit Report)

All General Association meetings will be at 5pm in Raider Hall.

These meetings are generally planned to occur prior to the start of a PTSA or SCHS event. The Association meeting will be 15-30 minutes followed by the event. Speakers may be planned and voting by the membership at large will be done. Due to the limited time, any new business will likely be deferred to the next Executive Board Meeting.

Executive Board Meetings are held monthly.

All meetings will be at 6pm in the Parent Center. Voting at this meeting is limited to the members of the Executive Board. Any PTSA member is welcome to attend.

Committee Meetings

Various committees may exist for specific events. Meetings are scheduled as needed by the committee chair. It is possible that the committee need only communicate via email and phone.
