Meetings - 2016/17 School Year
General Meetings are for all members and held a minimum of 5 times per year. More meetings may be added if needed.
- August 18th (Fundraisers, Treasurer Report (TR))
- October 11th (Fundraisers, point update, TR)
- December 12th(Fundraisers, point update, TR)
- Future meetings to be set.
All General meetings are held at 7pm in the faculty lounge. The meetings will be about an hour long and voting by the membership will be done. General discussions/new business will be held after the agenda has been completed. If it is taking too long a separate meeting may be scheduled.
Various committees may exist for specific events. Meetings are scheduled as needed by the committee chair. It is possible that the committee may only need to communicate via email and phone.
Board meetings are for executive board members and extended board members. Athletic directors may sometimes be invited to attend the meetings. These meetings are scheduled as often as needed. Discussions held at these meetings that will change the procedures will be presented at the general meetings for voting.
